This recipe is suitable for keto lovers. The required products are:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise;
  • 40 g feta cheese (you can replace it with goat or cow);
  • 40 g hot peppers;
  • 40 g cream cheese;
  • 80 g yogurt;
  • 80 g sour cream;
  • a pinch of fresh parsley;
  • pinch thyme;
  • 1-2 garlic cloves;
  • a pinch of black pepper;
  • a few drops of lemon juice;
  • s alt;
  • 2 tbsp olive oil.

The first step is to clean the peppers from the seeds and chop them. Then you add all the other ingredients and mix well. Put them in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top and add a few olives if desired. Serve with warm toast.

Snack with cream cheese and peppers

You need:

  • 500 g cheese;
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese;
  • 6 red peppers;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 3 eggs;
  • a pinch of red pepper;
  • s alt;
  • oil.

We boil the eggs and set them aside. Then we roast the peppers, peel them, clean them from the seeds and chop them finely. Crush the garlic in a mortar or finely chop it with a knife. We put all the ingredients in a bowl - eggs, cream cheese, peppers, garlic and spices. Mash well with a fork and then stir. Serve with toasted bread.

You need:

  • 10 pcs. red peppers;
  • 2 pcs. eggplants;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 200 g mayonnaise;
  • 2 tbsp mustard;

  • 300 g cottage cheese;
  • 100 g walnuts (ground);
  • 100 g sour cream;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
