Products:
- For the dough:
- 1 and ½ tsp. brown sugar
- ⅓ tsp melted but not boiling coconut or cow butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 and ½ tsp. flour
- 2 and ½ tsp. sliced apples
- To sprinkle the dough:
- - ½ tsp. regular sugar
- - 1 tsp cinnamon
- - 1 and ½ tbsp. melted cow butter
Preparation:
With this dough you can prepare a whole cake or muffins, as you wish.
Apples are cleaned and cut into thin slices, which are then cut into smaller pieces. In a bowl, combine the sugar, butter and mix well. Then add the egg, buttermilk, vanilla, baking soda and flour. Mix everything very well to get a smooth mixture. Add the cinnamon and apples. The cake batter should be quite thick. Grease a non-stick cake/muffin tin. Pour the batter. Combine the sprinkle ingredients and sprinkle it evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 45 minutes (test with a toothpick if the dough is ready) or about 25 minutes if you are going to spread the dough in a muffin tin. After the dessert has cooled, you can serve.
