  • 2 kg lemons
  • 1 lime
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 package of cream of at least 250 g
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 packet of powdered sugar


Squeeze the lemons and set aside the juice. Beat together 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks. Add 50 grams of powdered sugar to them. The rest of the sugar is put in a saucepan with the lemon juice and butter. It is recommended that we have taken the butter out of the refrigerator earlier so that it is soft and dissolves easily.

Wash two lemons well and grate the rind, but so that you don't get to the soft part, because the rinds will turn brown.The rinds of the two lemons are added to the mixture in the saucepan. Wait for the mixture to heat up well, then add the eggs. Mix well and wait a few minutes until the cream is ready.

The cream is then removed from the heat and set aside to cool. While the cream is cooling, stir the cream with a spoonful of sugar until it thickens.

When the custard has cooled enough, add the cream, stirring carefully.

It is served in glasses or bowls, and slices of lime or other fruit can be used for decoration.
