How to clean carpet stains

When we talk about cleaning specific stains - from coffee, wine, blood, ketchup, soy sauce or spilled carrot juice - the task can be more difficult than usual. It is very important to know that the longer you put off cleaning these or other stains, the more laborious it will be. Over time, the material absorbs the color pigments and you risk having to part with your favorite carpet. It is difficult to clean itself, so reacting in time will save you a lot of headaches.

How to clean specific stains? Here are some ideas:

To successfully clean this type of pollution, you need:

  • clean towel;
  • white vinegar;
  • carpet cleaner.

Start blotting up the spilled liquid with the dry cloth until it stops staining. Pour some water on the spot of the stain. Blot again with a clean cloth until the staining stops. Clean with stain remover. If there is still a stain left, wet a sponge with some vinegar on it and treat the stain. Leave on for 10 minutes. Wipe with a clean, dry cloth.

Using kitchen paper, patting down, try to soak up as much of the coffee as possible.Dampen a sponge and dip it into the solution of water, vinegar and dish soap. Rub until the stain is gone. Then remove the rest of the solution with a clean cloth.
