It is good that they contain soothing, deeply hydrating and nourishing ingredients to restore it. Sensitive skin usually suffers from impaired barrier function. The ingredients that you will include in the restorative masks contain exactly such elements that restore the barrier function of the skin.
Environmental mask with cucumber
- ¼ banana;
- ¼ cucumber, peeled;
- 1 tablespoon honey.
Put the ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth paste. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Apply around the eyes to the sensitive skin in this area. Leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse without using detergent.
Anti-inflammatory cucumber and oatmeal mask
- 1 small cucumber, peeled;
- ½ cup rolled oats, fine;
- 1 tablespoon full-fat yogurt.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl or in a blender. You should get a smooth paste. Apply to face and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm to cold water.
Mask with avocado and aloe
- ¼ mashed avocado;
- 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel;
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal, fine.
Mash everything until you get a paste or puree. Apply to the face. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with slightly warm water.
Chamomile and huma mask
- 4 teaspoons of hummus;
- 1 teaspoon soda;
- 2 teaspoons calendula powder;
- 2 teaspoons chamomile powder;
- ½ teaspoon ampoule vitamin C;
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder.
Mix all the ingredients. Add just a little warm water to make a smooth paste. Apply to the face. Wait 10-15 minutes until the huma starts to set. Do not wait for it to set completely, because the leather may dry out. Wash with warm water. Apply moisturizer.
Moisturizing mask with lemon and milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 3 tablespoons fresh milk;
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Apply to the face. Wait for it to take effect between 15 and 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm to warm water.
