The skin is the largest organ in the human body. Every single part of it needs daily care to be he althy and good looking. The skin of the feet is no exception. Cold, hot weather, sports activity, wearing uncomfortable shoes, etc. affect her condition. Sometimes even if we take care of her with a file and apply cream every day, she can't be flawless.
We need deeper and more nourishing care, like care that combines some of the best skin oils. Today, in our "He alth and Beauty" column, we share with you a homemade recipe for a nourishing cream for beautiful feet.
What will you need? Get 3/4 cup of coconut oil, 110 g of shea butter, 20 drops of lavender essential oil, 20 drops of tea tree essential oil, a glass jar with a lid for storage.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the shea butter with the coconut oil. Then add the essential oils. Stir and pour the butter mixture into the glass jar. Allow to cool initially without closing the jar with a lid.
Then you can put the jar in the fridge to harden. With the resulting gentle foot cream, pamper your skin every night after you have washed and dried your feet well. This combination of oils is nourishing, restorative and also has an antibacterial effect.
