Cracked heels are a real disaster. They not only make a woman's foot rougher, but also endanger it. Not to mention that excessively deep cracks in the heels can be painful, hinder normal walking, and be a prerequisite for infections.
To get rid of cracked heels once and for all, you should give them a regular exfoliating massage. Here are sample recipes for a homemade scrub:
Option 1:
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- hot water bath
Mix all the ingredients together. A thick paste should form. Soak your feet for about 15 minutes to soften the skin. Then rub the scrub into your heels. Rub for 5 minutes without interruption. Repeat with the other leg.

Option 2:
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 5 cups of warm water
- 4 tablespoons plain sugar
- ½ cup baby oil
- pumice
- 20 ml salicylic acid
- socks
Mix the water with the fresh milk. Soak feet for 15 minutes to soften. Then mix the baby oil, lemon juice, salicylic acid and sugar. With the pumice stone, begin to vigorously rub the formed paste on the heels. At the end of the procedure, apply a lot of moisturizing cream to your feet and put on socks for the night.
Option 3:
- 1 banana
- hot water
Mash the banana with a fork. Soak your feet in the water for 15 minutes. Spread it on the heels so that it covers well. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse. A little avocado can be added to the banana.
