I myself have problem skin. I've struggled with oily, sensitive and acne-prone skin for years, which makes choosing the right products and rituals for glowing skin a real challenge. I admit it's tempting to try every possible tempting product for beautiful skin, but that wouldn't be a good strategy. How do I know this? From my personal experience and the mistakes I've made in my search for the right routine for my skin.
When choosing products for our skin, it is important first of all to be aware of its type. This will narrow the range of products and make the choice easier and more specific, more suitable for the skin. But when it comes to rituals for beautiful and he althy skin, generally valid methods for maintaining it are indispensable and mandatory. They will help the skin to shine, be he althy, vibrant and shiny, not lose its elasticity and slow down natural aging.
In the spirit of, in which we also celebrate the most feminine holiday March 8, I will share my favorite 8 beauty rituals for beautiful and he althy skin.
1. Wash and refresh with lukewarm water
Hot and too warm water dries out the skin, sucks out its natural moisture and accelerates the aging process. The ice cold water stresses her too much.
