Products:
- 450 g ground beef
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 400 g canned white beans, drained
- 400 g canned black beans, drained
- 300 g tomato puree
- 400 g chopped canned tomatoes
- 425 g pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons spice mix of choice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon s alt or to taste
Preparation:
Heat a skillet over medium to high heat. In it, fry the minced meat until it becomes crumbly and pink, or about 5 minutes. Add the chili, garlic, onion and stir until golden. Add the peppers and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring. While the ground beef is cooking, mix the two types of beans, the passata, the garlic granules, the chopped tomatoes from the can, the pumpkin puree. Mix all these products in the bowl of the multicooker. Season with spices and s alt. Stir. Add the beef with the vegetables from the pan. Cook for 2 hours, serve chili hot.
