  • For the dough:
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g butter, chopped
  • 1 pinch of s alt
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • For the filling:
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • 150 g salmon fillet
  • S alt and pepper to taste
  • 500 ml cream
  • 100 g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs


Put the flour in a large bowl. Add the s alt and water to it. Add the cold cubed butter. Mash until coarse crumbs are formed. Knead the dough into a ball and set aside.Boil the spinach for a few minutes and drain. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat and lightly fry the fish in it for about 10 minutes.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the cream. Grate the parmesan and add it. Mash the fish with a fork and add it to the bowl. Add the spinach. Stir. Set aside.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Transfer it to a greased pie dish. Press to the bottom. Add the stuffing on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
