  • For the cupcakes:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • ½ cup fresh milk
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 vanilla extract, liquid
  • For the frosting:
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 100 ml fresh milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 120 g butter, slightly softened
  • 1 vanilla, liquid


From the ingredients for the cake, make a dough in a large bowl with a mixer. First beat the eggs with the sugar. Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the milk to the eggs and then in small portions to the dry ingredients. Beat until the dough is completely homogenized.

For the cream, mix 3 tablespoons of flour and 100 ml of milk in a pot on the stove. Stir constantly until it starts to thicken. Allow to cool completely. During this time, beat the sugar for the cream and 120 g of butter softened at room temperature with a mixer.

Add the milk and flour mixture to the butter mixture. Add the vanilla. Optionally, you can add 2-3 spoons of cocoa if you want to make the cream brown. Whisk all ingredients together and place in a bowl in the fridge to set.

Spread the cookie dough into muffin tins. Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees. Once they are ready, take them out. Wait for them to cool down. With the help of a syringe or posh, make cream roses on the cupcakes.
