  • For the dough:
  • 170 g flour
  • 85 g butter
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • For the filling:
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 pears, peeled and sliced
  • 100 g sliced ​​almonds
  • 30 g melted butter
  • 50 g flour, sifted
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder


For the dough:

Leave the butter at room temperature. Mix it with the flour and rub well with your fingers until you get large buttery crumbs. Mix the sugar with the egg.Add them to the crumbs and knead the dough. If necessary, add a little water or fresh milk to make the consistency less thick. Refrigerate the dough for about an hour before rolling it out.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Place it in a pre-prepared tart pan. Put it back in the fridge to cool.

For the filling:

Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add the almonds and melted butter. Finally, add the flour with the baking powder. Break it up. Put some of the filling on top of the dough. Arrange some of the sliced ​​pears. Then add more filling and finish with a layer of sliced ​​pears.

Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until the dough is golden.
