Products:
- 4 eggs without one yolk, it is for spreading,
- 100 g melted butter mixed with 2 tbsp oil,
- 100 ml fresh milk,
- 150 g sour cream,
- 150 g sugar,
- 600 g flour,
- May 30,
- pinch of s alt,
- 1 tsp cognac,
- peel of one orange.
- For the filling:
- 100 g liquid chocolate and 30 g coarsely ground walnuts
Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm fresh milk with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour and let it bubble. As soon as it is ready, add another 1 hour.l flour, stir and leave to rise again. We sift the flour, make a well and mix it with the ready sourdough and the rest of the products. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Two wreaths come out of this dough. Take one half of the dough and roll it into a rectangle. Spread it with the liquid chocolate, sprinkle with walnuts and roll it up. Place the roll in a greased and floured cake pan, connecting the two ends. Cut into 2 cm pieces. Brush with beaten yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a moderately heated oven for 25-30 minutes.
