Pancakes are one of everyone's favorite snacks. Garnished as desired with liquid chocolate, honey, sugar, jam, cream, fruit or s alty - with mayonnaise, yellow cheese or cheese - they are the ideal breakfast for Sunday mornings when the whole family is together or a speci alty for welcoming guests for afternoon coffee or dessert with a main meal.
Some people fear pancakes and think they are difficult to make. The truth is just the opposite – anyone can prepare them. Quick and easy to make!
In a deep bowl, break the eggs. Whisk in the s alt. Stir in the milk. Gradually add the flour. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil.
Heat the pan. With a Teflon pan, you can not use fat.
Place about a ladleful of the mixture and spread all over the base of the pan. Allow to fry until the edges of the pancake separate easily. Turn using a wooden spatula. Once the tips turn pink and lift, the pancake is ready.
Garnish as desired.
