To make your French fries a little he althier, replace the oil with butter. Also, you don't need to use a deep pan full of fat - about 25 grams of butter (or 4-5 tablespoons of oil) is enough to cover the frying pan.
For keto lovers – replace fresh milk with cooking cream; and regular bread – with keto bread.
Break the eggs, add the milk (or cream), s alt, sugar (or its substitute), mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Carefully dip the slices, leaving them for a few seconds in the mixture to soak in the ingredients.
Fry in well-heated oil until they acquire a pleasant brownish tan. Serve with cheese (keto version), jam or honey as desired. Enjoy it!
