Cocoa Shake

½ cup coconut water

½ cup water

2 tablespoons unsweetened raw cocoa

½ banana

handful of dark green leafy vegetables

2 teaspoons soaked chia seeds

1 pinch Himalayan s alt

thickening ice

2 teaspoons almond butter

Instructions for making the shakes:

1. Put water in the blender along with the chia seeds. Give them time to absorb it for 3-5 minutes.

2. Put the rest of the ingredients in the blender.

3. Mix everything well.

4. Add frozen fruit (if using) and ice, blend again.

5. Serve the shake immediately.
