  • 400 g pork
  • 2 soup. a lie. lard
  • 1 onion
  • 2 soup. a lie. flour
  • 1 soup. a lie. paprika
  • cabbage juice
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • dry jojen


Fry the pork cut into pieces in lard, add 1 chopped onion. Add the flour and fry it. Sprinkle with red pepper and pour equal parts water and cabbage juice. Add s alt to taste.

After the meat has boiled for about half an hour, add the potatoes cut into cubes.

Before taking the soup off the heat, season it with grated dried chives.

Comment: The soup is fantastic… I've been making it for a long time too, only I don't fry the meat, I boil everything. A slice of fine and sour greens…:) Try it, you won't be wrong.
