She emphasized the women's strong desire for training and development, including through online platforms.
The Executive Director of Fibank Ms. Sevdalina Vasileva indicated that the creation of the web-based Smart Lady platform is the logical next step in the program's deployment: "The social mission of Smart Lady is to create a community for interaction, contacts and business cooperation. The ladies who participated in the panel discussion also discussed the role of mentorship in entrepreneurship. Mrs. Sevdalina Vasileva, who has experience as a mentor of start-up companies, shared: "Being a mentor is not easy and not everyone can be a mentor. You will probably ask me where and how to find and meet these mentors. This is one of the purposes of Smart Lady - to create an opportunity through the forums, the network, the meetings and the digital platform that it organizes and develops, for these two sides to find each other."
