Ingredients needed:

Here are the approximate amounts of ingredients to make homemade cough syrup. You can increase the dosage of the ingredients.

In a jar with a lid, combine:

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar;
  • the juice of ½ a lemon;
  • 1 and ½ tablespoons of water;
  • 1 tablespoon honey;
  • ¼ teaspoon minced garlic;
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger root;
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon;
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground red chili pepper.

Everything is mixed well and can be stored in the refrigerator, and 10 minutes before consumption you can take out the syrup so that it is not so cold. Also, always stir or shake the jar well before consumption. 1 tablespoon of the homemade syrup is consumed 2-3 times a day.
