  • 6 large zucchini
  • 600 g mince mixture
  • 100 g rice
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 carrots
  • teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoon savory
  • s alt, pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 150 g cheese
  • 50 ml oil
  • 300 ml vegetable or chicken broth


Vegetables are finely chopped and stewed, and the rice is added to them. When the grains become transparent, add a little broth and add the minced meat.While the stuffing is cooking, carve out the courgettes, do not throw away their insides, but add them to the rest of the products.

When the rice is ready, fill the zucchini and put one or more tomato slices on each one. Add a little water and oil to the baking tray, cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

Then remove the foil and sprinkle some grated cheese on each zucchini. Bake for another 15 minutes.
