Summer is approaching, and with it comes the time when we will put on our favorite sandals. To be prepared for them, we must take care of our feet. Do your best to remove rough, dry, and cracked skin from your feet to make them smooth and summer-ready. The right body scrub will help you tackle this task.
Before proceeding with the exfoliant, it is good to soften the skin of the feet with a suitable foot soak bath.
You need 1 cup apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup sea or Epsom s alt, dissolved in a basin of warm to hot water. Immerse the feet in the bath and wait 10-15 minutes for the feet to soften.Don't make the water too hot because it is harmful to the skin, dehydrates it and makes it even drier.
Homemade scrub for soft feet
- ¼ cup coffee grounds;
- ¼ cup s alt optional;
- ¼ cup olive oil;
- ½ banana.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Mash them well and mix them.
Apply to the entire surface of the feet and legs. Rub with massaging movements. Massage for 5 minutes.
Let the scrub also act as a mask for 10 minutes.
Rinse well with lukewarm water.
