They are one of the most common skin defects - stretch marks. We acquire them during puberty, when gaining or losing weight, during pregnancy and after giving birth. Their appearance not only does not appeal to us, but makes us look for different solutions in order to improve the appearance of our skin. What was the last thing you tried on your stretch marks?
Today in our He alth and Beauty column, we are sharing how to make a homemade serum for skin with stretch marks. The ingredients in it are some of the best for deeply nourishing and restoring the skin. Apply the serum 1-2 times a day, on clean and dry skin, with light massage movements.
- 80 g unrefined coconut oil;
- 60 g unrefined cocoa butter;
- 60 g unrefined shea butter;
- 3 tablespoons sweet almond oil;
- 6 tablespoons of water;
- 2 vitamin E capsules;
- 20 drops lavender essential oil;
- 10 drops grapefruit essential oil;
- 10 drops of helichrysum essential oil.
In a small saucepan over low heat or in a water bath, put the coconut and cocoa butters, the shea butter and the almond butter. When the oils have melted, add the water and stir until you have a smooth mixture of oils (the oils should not boil).
Remove from the heat, let them cool slightly and then add the vitamin E (by cutting open the capsules) and the remaining essential oils. Stir well and pour the mixture into a glass jar with a lid. Dark glass is nice, but if you don't have one, just store the serum in a dark place.
