In the summer and not only our skin needs nourishing care, especially after active exposure to the sun, beach. In addition to sun protection, we must provide it with nourishment so that it does not dry out. The rich bakuri oil is great for the purpose. It can be purchased from organic stores for cosmetics and food, as well as from specialized ones for similar oils.
This unique oil absorbs quickly into the skin. It is especially suitable for dry, mature skin, for nourishing the skin after burns, insect bites. Buckwheat oil can be combined with other natural oils. It is rich in palmitoleic and oleic acids, both monounsaturated fatty acids that are great for the skin.
How can you prepare skin care for the body and why not for the face if your skin is very dry?
In a suitable container put 20 g of bakuri oil with 20 g of cocoa butter and 20 g of coconut oil (optional). Cocoa butter is also one of the most nourishing oils for the skin, it has a firm texture. According to Western research, cocoa butter is rich in plant compounds known as phytochemicals. They have been shown to provide some protection against sun damage. Also, the antioxidants found in cocoa can help prevent oxidative stress, which is associated with premature skin aging.
Melt the oils together in a water bath (without boiling), remove the pan from the heat and add to them 10 ml of raspberry seed oil. It is rich in omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, is high in vitamins E and A and absorbs beautifully into the skin.
Mix all ingredients well and let cool. When the oils have cooled, you can mix them again to make them slightly fluffy. Transfer them to a suitable glass jar with a lid and store in a cool, dry place.
If it's too warm, your body butter will melt too much. Apply this care to the skin of the face and body, every day or alternate with other suitable cosmetics that you use.
