Do you have a bathtub at home and how often do you use it? We know that it requires regular cleaning, sometimes at the end of the day we can't wait to take a shower and relax. But where does the time go for you? Those special moments where we can pamper ourselves?
Set aside at least one day of the week to relax surrounded by rich foam and amazingly fragrant essential oils. It's good to know that not all oils are suitable for the bath.
It's also important to combine them with a small amount of coconut oil or jojoba oil. Last but not least, to get the most out of the oils, fill the tub first, make the foam, stop the water and finally add the oils.

Bath for a good mood
At the end of the day, everyone needs to unwind and de-stress. And what could be better than taking a relaxing bath with suitable aromas to reduce tension and increase concentration and mood.
- 5 drops lemon essential oil
- 3 drops rosemary oil
- 2 drops of thyme oil
Muscle Soothing Bath
If you do intense sports, have had to perform heavy physical work or simply to restore muscles after the working day, you will need 3 oils. This aromatic combination improves circulation and reduces pain.
Add to your bath:
- 5 drops marjoram oil
- 4 drops lemongrass oil
- 3 drops lavender oil
