are a problem that not only threatens the beauty and tenderness of the feet, but can also become a painful nuisance if they are not softened. Summer is coming and it's good to start fighting cracked heels now to transform your skin and bring back its softness.

Do a homemade scrub for very dry and cracked heels. It includes lemon and aspirin. The strength of aspirin can make the skin on the heels softer and more easily affected by scrubs and pumice stone treatments.

Peeling ingredients:

  • 6 aspirin pills, crushed;
  • The juice of 1 lemon;
  • Mixing bowl;
  • Soaking basin;
  • Plastic wrap;
  • Dense and well-hydrating moisturizing foot cream.

Place 3 crushed aspirin pills in the bowl to dissolve well. Mix well and add the lemon juice. Mix again with about 500 ml of hot water. Pour the mixture into the basin. Soak the feet in the mixture.

If desired, you can add 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of mouthwash with as strong a mint flavor as possible. Mouthwashes contain ingredients that soften the skin and help remove dead skin from cracked heels more easily.

Soak your feet for 20 minutes or until the water starts to cool. Dry your feet.

If cracked heels are very stubborn, try making a thick paste with the remaining 3 aspirin pills. Grind them into powder. Mix them with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice until you get a paste. Anoint your heels with it.Wrap them in plastic wrap. Leave on for 2 hours. Wash, rinse well and apply a moisturizer, preferably with a thick and saturated oil, such as shea butter.
