Necessary ingredients: 120 g of natural chocolate, 200 g of solid coconut oil; 100 g white sugar, 100 g brown sugar; 3 eggs and 1 yolk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 100 g flour, pinch of s alt, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray well with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate and coconut oil and melt in the microwave or over a water bath. You should get a smooth mixture. Let it cool slightly. Then white and brown sugar, eggs and yolk, vanilla are added.

Mix well and add the dry ingredients. Once a homogeneous mixture is obtained, pour it into the pan and bake for about 35 minutes. The baking time can be adjusted because the core of the brownie should be slightly moist. Allow to cool completely before cutting.

Chicken in a pan with coconut oil and cream sauce

Ingredients needed: 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 5-6 chicken thighs, 1 large onion, finely chopped, 1 teaspoon grated ginger root, 2 teaspoons curry powder, 400 ml of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, a few drops of lemon juice, s alt and pepper to taste.

In a pan, melt the coconut oil, then fry the meat until golden. Separate the chicken on a plate and fry the onion in the same pan. Add more coconut oil if needed. Add the ginger, garlic and spices to it and fry for another 30 seconds. Then put the coconut milk, cream and let the mixture boil, and when it does you can return the chicken to the pan.Reduce the heat and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the sauce has thickened. Serve with a garnish of your choice.

Coconut Oil Coffee

Homemade liquid chocolate with coconut oil

Necessary ingredients: 250 g peeled hazelnuts, 1/3 tsp. natural cocoa powder, a pinch of s alt, 1 tbsp. coconut oil; 1 tsp vanilla extract, maple syrup or powdered sugar for sweetness.

In a tray or pan, lightly toast the hazelnuts. After they have cooled, put them in a food processor and add the rest of the ingredients. Grind until smooth.
