S alt foot bath

To make this bath you will need 1 cup of Epsom s alt, 1 cup of sea s alt, a few drops of lavender oil and 2 cups of baking soda.In a basin/footbath with warm water, put the dry ingredients, mix and finally add the oils. Soak your feet for 20 minutes and relax.

Bath with huma

Humata has been used for medicinal and beautifying purposes for thousands of years. To cleanse your body with it, you will need half a cup of Epsom s alt, about 250 g of hummus, a few drops of St. John's wort oil.

Again in a suitable foot bath pour nice warm water and add the butter and s alt to it. Separately, dissolve the huma in a little water and put it in the bath last. Soak your feet in the solution for 20 minutes.


Nettle bath

Nettle is a wonderful herb that boosts immunity, strengthens hair, but can also act as a cleanser. To prepare a foot bath with it, you will need one cup of sea s alt, half a cup of Epsom s alt, half a cup of baking soda and 500 ml nettle decoction. Dissolve the two types of s alt together with the soda in warm water, and finally add the decoction. Soak your feet for 30 minutes.

Oxygen bath

In warm water, add 1 tablespoon of grated ginger and 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide. Let the ingredients sit for about 30 minutes and then soak your feet for about 25 minutes in the solution.
