The national carrier Bulgaria Air has prepared exciting gifts to congratulate its passengers on the occasion of its 17th birthday. Anyone wishing the airline a happy birthday when booking a flight ticket on 4 and December 5 will receive a 17% discount.
Discounted tickets can be purchased through the Customer Service Center - by phone and email, as well as from the airline's offices in the country and abroad.
Many surprises await passengers traveling with Bulgaria Air on December 4, which is also the airline's birthday. As an additional compliment to them, the national carrier will present everyone on board with special vouchers for a 17% discount on the purchase of air tickets for the next flight. In this way, the airline shares the holiday with all its passengers and thanks them for their trust over the years.
On December 4, 2002, the first flight of Bulgaria Air took place on the route Sofia - London - Paris - Sofia. Now, 17 years later, the airline operates up to 24 direct destinations in Europe, maintaining two domestic routes connecting Sofia, Burgas and Varna. Thanks to its dozens of partners, the airline provides its passengers with the opportunity to visit almost every corner of the earth. At the beginning of 2019, Bulgaria Air also announced the new cooperation with one of the fastest growing airlines from the Qatar Airways group - Air Italy. The partnership between the two airlines allows passengers to travel both to the interior of Italy, the USA and Canada, and to exotic destinations such as the Maldives, Zanzibar, Mombasa.
Bulgaria Air has dozens of awards behind it. At the end of 2018, the national carrier was named the most preferred airline on the Bulgarian market by the annual prestigious competition Sky Awards 2018. The airline was also awarded in two more categories during the same ceremony - "Most preferred airline for short and medium flights from /to Bulgaria" (Sky short/middle haul) and "Most preferred airline by professionals" (Sky Friend).
