To reduce calorie intake and at the same time not skip a meal, try the diet with a banana-oat shake.

It is suitable as a substitute for breakfast because it contains nutrients that give energy until lunch. That way you won't miss a meal and you won't be hungry.



  • 2 large bananas, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 250 ml soy milk
  • 2 drops vanilla extract

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a blender. You can add and some ice as desired. Finally, add the vanilla and mix with a spoon.

If you don't like soy milk, you can make a shake with plain but skimmed milk!

Do this every morning for 3 weeks and you will notice the effect!
