At the age of 103, the Hollywood film legend Kirk Douglas has left us, the overseas media reports.
One of the main stars of Hollywood's Golden Age, Kirk Douglas has appeared in over 75 films.
The actor from "Spartacus" was in relatively good he alth, despite his serious age, writes "People". He is survived by his wife, Ann, of 65 years of marriage. The actor has three children – Michael, Joel and Peter.

In a statement about the death of his father, Michael Douglas wrote:
“It is with great sadness that my brothers and I announce that Kirk Douglas has left us today at the age of 103” (statement made on February 5th, 2020).
“To the world he was a legend, an actor from the golden era of movies who lived well into his golden years, a philanthropist whose dedication to justice and the causes he believed in set a standard for us all to aspire to. we strive.”

“But to me and my brothers Joel and Peter he was just Dad, to Katherine he was a wonderful father-in-law, to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren he was a loving grandfather, and to his wife Ann, he was a wonderful husband.”

In his long career, Kirk Douglas appeared in over 75 films, seven of which he starred with his good friend Burt Lancaster.
In 1996, he received an honorary "Oscar" for a worthy and impressive film career that lasted over 50 years.
