Preparation instructions:

Wash the apples. Cut them into 8 to 12 pieces. Place them in the jar and keep it there until they start to brown. Then add the honey and apple cider vinegar with the sourdough starter. Cover the container with the cheesecloth. It is very important that the water you pour them with is not chlorinated!

Pour the apples with hot water so that it covers them completely and there are about 3 centimeters between the surface of the water and the rim of the jar.
