- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon turmeric

How to make the toothpaste:
Place the coconut oil in a bowl. Add to it the soda, the essential oil of peppermint and finally the turmeric. Stir slowly with a wide spoon until you can mix the ingredients.Coconut oil is quite firm and hard, so stirring it can take some effort. A paste-like texture should be obtained.
