500 ml full fat fresh milk
100 ml liquid pastry cream
3 eggs
150 g sugar
3 bananas

Put the boiled and cooled milk in a blender. Add the cream, sugar and banana puree. Stir for about a minute. Add the eggs and mix again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
