  • 110 g breadcrumbs
  • 200 g flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon s alt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 eggs

Preparation:

Mix the carrots, apples, raisins and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Stir well. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, s alt, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice powder. Separately, with a mixer, beat the butter (softened) with sugar and eggs. Once the mixture is fluffy, add the dry ingredients. Beat again. Add the mixture with the carrots and apples. Stir with a spoon. Transfer to a cake pan, preferably round without a hole. If you have a hole, it can be in it.

Bake in a 180 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done. Place a pan of water on the bottom of the oven to create more humidity.
