  • 48 pieces of cookies
  • fresh milk for dipping the biscuits
  • 2 buckets of 400 g of sour cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2-3 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 vanilla powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • strawberries
  • 1-2 chocolates


The biscuits are dipped in fresh milk and the first row is arranged in a suitable shape. The cream is prepared by combining cream, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla. Everything is beaten well with a mixer. The first row is spread with biscuits, and pieces of bananas, strawberries are arranged on top of them, and a little chocolate is grated.

You can also melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the cream with the help of a spoon. Then put the second layer. Spread it again with cream, add fruit and chocolate. Spread cream on the third layer of biscuits, decorate with fruit and sprinkle with cocoa. The cake must set for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
