Products:
- Products for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 large beaten egg
- 7 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 green onions
- 100 g canned bamboo tips
- 1 finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea s alt
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- For the sauce:
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp oil or olive oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar (balsamic)
- 1 tsp starch
- s alt
Preparation:
Mix the s alt, wine and egg. Roll the pieces of meat in this mixture, then in the starch. Fry the pieces in hot oil for 4-5 minutes until a golden crust forms. Remove the meat and drain. Leave only 2 tbsp of oil in the pan, pour out the rest. Add the chopped onion, pepper, garlic and bamboo shoots and fry for 3 min. Then add the meat and stir.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients and heat over moderate heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the meat with the sauce and keep it on the fire a little longer. Serve warm.
