I don't know if I've bothered you, but I already feel that every month I repeat again and again that this is exactly what it is. And today is really the day to start… Many of us keep telling ourselves that and we still get nowhere, but if we don't manage to keep at least one day of the lunar diet in August, then maybe we need reinforcement first of all of will before we start shedding pounds.
In the heat, even the most gluttonous people crave something lighter, smaller and juicier. What will it be? Mainly watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches… all delicious stuff. And luckily not as high in calories as the various fried and baked pasta and meat delights.
If in August we get used to eating more fruits and vegetables and drink a sufficient amount of water, it will not weigh us down in any way for one or more days to be completely and only on liquids.

There are no national holidays, no days off, but there can be loads of parties, birthdays and anniversaries - after all, it's summer and we can easily deprive ourselves of the many culinary delights - at least for 4 days a month.
