At a special event at the residence of the Ambassador of Ireland H. E. Mr. Michael Forbes, the Irish company Hayles Fine Foods was introduced. Chefs of culinary schools, 4- and 5-star hotels, owners and chefs of popular establishments were also present.

The company is the representative for Bulgaria of a family with over 400 years of farming tradition in Ireland. The selection of meat for the Bulgarian market is carried out by the heir of the family and manager Paul Hales.

Thanks to her, high-quality lamb meat, cheddar cheese, butter and beef from the traditional Irish breeds Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, Galloway, Limousin and Simmental are now sold in our country. All of the brand's products are certified by the Irish Food Board Bord Bia and bear the mark of high quality food in Ireland.

During the event, the products were presented, with which exquisite beef and lamb dishes were prepared according to traditional Irish recipes.
