On November 15, 2018, in the cozy atmosphere of the Tomeko VK Commercial hall, the new face of Kikkoman was presented - the charming chef Petar Mikhalchev, experienced in various cuisines and culinary cultures.
The event was attended by journalists and bloggers, who with great interest tasted the dishes selected by chef Mikhalchev: grandmother's pie with pulled crusts through the eyes of chef Mikhalchev; smoked Black Sea fish with a unique signature; Eastern Balkan black pig with… love.

Guests were invited to discover the ingredients of each of the dishes, which was not an easy task. Chef Mikhalchev had tried to make it difficult for them by using a non-traditional mix for the preparation of traditional recipes from the native cuisine, combined with different sauces based on the naturally fermented Kikkoman soy sauce.
