  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup diced ham
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup spring onions
  • ¼ teaspoon s alt
  • For the dough:
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 pinch of s alt
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg


Sift the flour for the dough. Add the cubed butter, s alt, egg and water to it. Knead a soft buttery dough. Put it in the fridge to set.

During this time, prepare the slush filling.

Mix half of the cheese, Swiss cheese, 1 tablespoon flour in a bowl. Mix well.

Take out the dough. Divide it into two balls. Roll out and spread one crust on a pre-greased baking sheet. Spread the mixture over the crust.

In a separate bowl, mix the ham and mustard. Pour this mixture over the cheese mixture.

Then mix the eggs, onion, the other tablespoon of flour and s alt in a bowl. Mix and pour over the rest of the products. This will result in some sort of separate layers.

Cover with the other dough that you previously rolled out. Spread the rest of the cheese over it to make a crispy crust.
