From July 27 to 29, 2012 in the village of Rabovo, Stambolovo municipality, Haskovo region, a bread festival will be held – Orphic mysteries 2012.
An eventful three-day program is planned in the Tepavitsa complex.

16.00 to 18.00 h. - Acquaintance of the participants with the form and method of participation and trying on their costumes
18.00 to 19.00 - Rest
19.00 to 21.00 – Dinner with tastings

09.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. – Preparation of the participants for the opening and harvesting of the field
10.00 a.m. to 10.15 a.m. - Official Opening
10.15 a.m. to 10.45 a.m. – Performance (rituals for fertility and well-being)
10.45 to 11.00 am - Female singing group for authentic folklore "Voices of Avren"
11.00 AM to 11.20 AM – Proceed to Harvest Field
11.20 to 13.00 – Field Harvest and Rituals
13.00 to 14.00 – Threshing the threshing machine and winnowing the grain
14.00 to 15.00 – Cocktail with emphasis presentation of organic foods and products from spelt
15.00 to 16.00 – Press conference for the media and tastings
16.00 to 17.00 – Announcement of the winners of the competition for the best quality spelt product
Throughout the day, all stages of bread production will be shown repeatedly - kneading, baking, etc.
