  • 600 g flour
  • 1/2 lump yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp s alt
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp fresh milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 soup a lie. butter
  • 1 vanilla
  • For the filling:
  • 120 g butter
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp raisins


This recipe looks a bit complicated, but it's not. The preparation time is worth it - the rolls are really fantastic. Suitable for Christmas and New Year, for pampering at the weekend, and for a children's party.


From the dough products, knead a soft dough and leave to rise for about 2 hours in a warm place. During this time, the filling is prepared - melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Roll out the crust with a rectangular shape and a thickness of about 0.5 cm and sprinkle it abundantly with the filling. Raisins are sprinkled on top. Roll up and cut into rolls about 0.5 cm thick. Leave to rise again for about 30 minutes, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 180 degrees until pink.
