Preparation
In a deep bowl, crush the yeast, add the sugar and s alt, 1 tsp warm water and a little flour. Knead and leave for about 15-20 minutes in a warm place for the yeast to rise. Add the remaining flour, yogurt, water and mix until a smooth and soft dough is obtained. Leave to rise for about 20-30 minutes. During this time, make the filling - crumble the cheese and add the eggs. Melt the butter in a pot and lightly fry the breadcrumbs with the s alt. Remove from heat. Make 5 balls of equal size from the dough. Roll each into a long ellipse, place the egg and cheese filling in the middle. Pin at both ends. Start cutting into bite-sized pieces, which you place upside down in a greased pan. Stick the bites tightly together. The mixture will fill about one large pan. Top with the breadcrumbs and butter mixture. Bake in a moderate (160 degrees) oven for about 20-25 minutes. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
