Cut the onion not very finely and stew it in oil and a little water. When it becomes soft, remove it from the heat and let it cool. Add the crumbled cheese and the savory. Stir gently with a spoon.

The finished dough is divided into two parts - one slightly larger. Knead and spread in a circle the size of the pan, and the bottom cake should be slightly larger. Place one loaf in the greased and floured pan. You smear it with oil and pour the stuffing. Place the second loaf on top, pulling from above and pinching the edges of the bottom loaf. Brush with oil again. If desired, you can decorate the onion with cuts with a knife and fork and sprinkle with sesame or cumin. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
