- For the dough:
- 1 tsp lukewarm water,
- 5 tbsp sugar,
- 1/2 cube yeast,
- 1/2 tsp oil,
- 1 egg without the yolk, spread it on top,
- 4 tsp flour,
- pinch of s alt
- For the filling:
- 3 rolls,
- 500 ml liquid cream,
- 5 chocolates.
Dough is mixed from all the products. Divide into four balls, brush with oil and leave to rise.
Then it is rolled into a crust, cut into strips and the basket is woven on an inverted bowl covered with foil. Bake until golden in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
The cream is made by heating 400 ml of cream on the stove and pouring in 4 chocolates broken into pieces. The mixture is allowed to cool and stored for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Then beat with a mixer for a few minutes at highest speed.
A row of the cut roll is placed in the basket and covered with the cream and so on until it is full. Pour melted chocolate on top (from 100 ml of cream and 1 chocolate).
