Products:
- 2 eggs without one yolk, it is for spreading,
- 700 g flour,
- 200 ml warm fresh milk,
- 100 ml water,
- 50 ml oil,
- 50 g melted butter,
- 42 g live yeast,
- 1 tsp s alt,
- 2 tsp sugar
Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm fresh milk with the sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour and let it bubble in a warm place for 10 minutes. The flour is sifted into the cap, we make a well and pour the yeast, the egg with one white, the water, the s alt, the butter, the oil and knead a soft dough. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise. During this time, a small dough of 100 ml of water, s alt and flour is mixed to decorate the cake. We roll out and cut out figurines for decoration - sun, grass, flower and lamb. The risen dough is spread like a loaf in a greased pan. We glue the figurines with a little water and let it rest for 20 minutes. Brush the cake with the beaten yolk, but do not brush the figures. It is pierced with a wooden skewer in 5-6 places. Bake for 30-35 minutes in a heated oven. Take out and cover with a towel to make it soft.
