  • About 1,300 kg of flour,
  • 1 cube (42 g) yeast,
  • 300 ml fresh milk,
  • 300 ml warm water,
  • 3 tbsp sour cream,
  • 3 tbsp oil,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 tbsp s alt,
  • 2 tbsp sugar


The yeast is dissolved with the milk and sugar, a little flour and left to rise. Then it is mixed with the rest of the products (without one yolk) into a dough and left to rise again. Divide the dough into 9 balls. Roll out 4 of them, put them on top of each other, smearing between them with oil and cut them into triangles, but not to the end of the outer side. Each square triangle is grasped at the top and turned inside out. The other 4 balls are rolled out in the same way, but here they are already cut into separate triangles, on which a slit is made in the middle of each and the tip is pushed through it. Place them in the tray as well (I made roses with the remaining dough - you can just put a ball). Leaven, brush with yolk beaten with a little fresh milk and bake (180 C). Then I buttered and covered with a towel.(I did the shaping of the first 4 balls right in the pan, the others are easy to arrange).
