Products:
- 1 bucket of yogurt 3.6%
- 1 tsp sugar
- 50 g dry cream - white
- 40 g gelatin
- 2 boxes of biscuits (with a hole)
- 2 bananas
- 5 kiwi jam /marmalade/
- 50 g ground walnuts
Preparation:
Gelatin is poured into a little warm water to swell, then melted in a water bath. Yogurt and sugar are beaten with a mixer. In a separate bowl, dissolve the dry cream in a little water, then mix it with the yogurt. The gelatin is added to this mixture. Everything is mixed until a fluffy cream is obtained. The biscuits are arranged in a tray. The holes of the biscuits are filled with jam. The biscuits are spread with a layer of the cream and topped with sliced kiwis and bananas. This is repeated until the mixture is finished. Place the cake in the freezer for an hour to set. The walls of the pan are covered with warm water. Turn the cake out onto a large flat plate or tray. Put it back in the fridge to allow the biscuits to soften.
