Products:

  • 1 can tuna
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 mayonnaise
  • fennel, parsley, lemon, s alt

Preparation:

Dear friends, the Tsvetkovi family is writing to you from Sofia. We accepted the new tuna recipe contest with a smile, because very recently we experienced previously unknown emotions with this representative of the marine fauna. During our vacation this summer, we had the chance to try a grilled fillet from a freshly caught specimen of amazing size - about 1.80 m! Our 9-year-old son Lachezar touched a fish bigger than him and, although he is a glutton, ate the fish delicacy. The recipe they used to prepare the tuna was simple - first remove the skin (not the whole fish, but a separate part of it), then cut fillets about a centimeter thick and about 15 centimeters long, and place them directly on the grill with charcoal. Seasoned only with lemon.

Preparation

We boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add the fish, finely chopped onion, mayonnaise and s alt. Sprinkle with the green spices and flavor with lemon.

An extremely tasty and easy-to-prepare appetizer is tuna fillet dumplings.

To prepare them, you need one can of fish and one package of puff pastry. We cut the crusts of puff pastry into rectangles 5 x 10 cm. We put a piece of fillet in the middle of each rectangle, wrap the fillet, press the edges with the tips of our fingers so that the pastry sticks well, and bake in a heated oven - until they start to turn pink.

A glass of white wine or beer is a good company for the fish speci alties.

Cheers!
