And that's simply because she didn't have time to eat and consumed only coffee almost all day.

A difficult period occurs in the young girl's life when she turns 17: her father dies of cancer, her mother remarries and leaves for Spain, Ekaterina breaks up with her boyfriend. All these troubles push her to overeat more and more. When she met her current husband, she had already gained 10 kg, and before the wedding she weighed 75 kg. Two weeks before giving birth, she reached 112 kg, and a few months later, the young mother already weighed 120 kg!

Classic Salad " Vinaigrette"

Required products:

50 g potatoes

60 g beets

30 g carrots

30 g pickles

20 g boiled green peas

5 g vegetable oil

5 ml two percent citric acid solution

Preparation method:

Boil the potatoes, carrots and beets. After they have cooled, peel them, cut them into cubes, season with the vegetable oil and add the diced cucumbers and peas.

Taste the vinaigrette with s alt and citric acid.

Variant: If you add a few tablespoons of vinegar instead of citric acid, the salad will become more spicy. Remember that there are potatoes in the vinaigrette and you should not eat it with meat or fish dishes.

Chinese Chicken

Required products:

250 g chicken meat (fillet)

300 g frozen mix of Chinese vegetables

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

Preparation method:

Cut the fillet into thin slices across the muscle fibers. Fry the frozen vegetables in the oil, stirring constantly. Add the fillet pieces and fry for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the ginger and add the soy sauce. After boiling, add s alt and pepper.

Serve the dish with a side of rice. Garnish with sprigs of dill.

Variation: If you don't have frozen Chinese vegetable mix, you can use fresh ones. Prepare the dish with 200 g of finely chopped cabbage, 100 g of fresh or frozen mushrooms, 100 g of sweet red peppers and one onion.

Vegetarian Cabbage Soup

Required products:

1 kg cabbage

3 potatoes

1-2 onions

1-2 carrots

3-4 tomatoes

bay leaf

1 tbsp vegetable oil

ground pepper

s alt

Preparation method:

Boil water, add s alt and reduce heat. Finely chop the fresh cabbage, cut the peeled and washed potatoes into julienne. Drop the vegetables into the boiling water. Fry the peeled and finely chopped onion in the vegetable fat until golden, add the carrots cut into thin strips, fry them, then add the chopped tomatoes, pour a little water and stew.

Pour the stewed vegetables into the broth, put a bay leaf, s alt and pepper.

Tip: If you prefer soups based on meat broth, you should not put potatoes in them.
